low Ireland.............7 Miles Today; Forrest had a non-eventful walk this morning, I had to deal with cool temperatures and a few rain drops. Today my location is the town of Arklow, Ireland on R11 just south of Dublin. Town Arklow, is a seaside community of about 11,700 people. Arklow is called a commuter town, probably traveling to Dublin to work. Arklow is also relies on the tourist visits for it's economy. If a person visits here, a must see is the foremost wind farm in the World!!! Just off the coast of Arklow in the Irish Sea is the first stage of the world largest wind farm. With just 7 turbines and the help of the brisk winds there is enough energy to power up to 16,000 home in this beautiful town. The name Arklow comes for the Irish word meaning "The great estuary" Arklow is situated at the mouth of the River Avoca. The town is divided by the river, which is crossed by a magnificent stone arch bridge linking the two sides. Forrest knows the Ireland is only about the size of the State of Indiana (USA) but "Man oh Man there's sure is a lot of interesting things to write about." Imagine seeing the Emerald Isle in real life. Until tomorrow from another venue in God's favorite place. God Bless Walk Forrest Walk
