6 Miles Today;  Forrest was out before daylight walking the lake shore trail.  Saw a beautiful sunrise.  By the time I got to Navy Pier it was a sight to behold, seeing ducks, geese, and numerous fisherman braving the 23 degree weather sitting on the pier hopeing to catch perch.  I walked out to the very end of the pier where the ballroom is located pausing and enjoying the view to the east across the lake towards Michigan before turning around and heading back to my daughter Renae's home.  I leave for Michigan on the AmTrak train later this afteroon.   So long from The Windy City.
