Mandan/Bismark North Dakota
7 Miles Today; Wow, it's just as cold here in mid-Michigan as it's in North Dakota this morning. Right now the temperature is 1 degree. Forrest will wait until the heat wave arrives a little later in the day to venture outside. I think a balmy 10-15 degrees will be sufficient .............. now it's time for coffee with my old retiree buddies at MacDonald's... to be continued...7PM....I walked from noon until a little after two. Even though it was only 12 degrees it wasn't bad at all. Even my hips and lower back felt much better today. After yesterday's wind chill, today seemed like Hawaii....Until tomorrow, God Bless Walk Forrest Walk
