Nice Weather

7 Miles Today;  As I get ready to walk, I see another beautiful sunrise.  I find it hard to believe it's early January with no snow and mild temperature (high 30's)........It's now mid afternoon and time to finish my blog entry for the day.  My miles this morning gave me  47 for the week.  Under my average of 50/wk but with my sore back and hips I'm satisfied.  My blog entry from one year ago read that we had 2 inches of snow fall during the night adding to the slush on the ground from the January thaw the previous few days.  My memory tells me that Forrest had to deal with a lot of slush and icy roads the first few weeks of January last year.     Tomorrow at 8:30 am I have a MRI scheduled at Ingham Medical on my lower back.  My walk will have to wait to the afternoon.  Until then God Bless Walk Forrest Walk
