Snow Covered Roads

8 Miles Today;  As I'm writing my blog entry the sun is shining with a temperature of 35 degrees and the roads are clear of the snow and ice I encountered this morning.  When Forrest set out a little before 7am the roads were snow covered from last night's snowfall .  With just a little over an inch of the white stuff on the ground  the walking wasn't too bad.  As the traffic increased the roads got slippery and slushy.  The last hour of my walk was tough on my hips and lower back.  All my test results are at my primary doctor's office.  As of right now I'm not near 100% but I feel better walking than I have the last couple months.  I think the word is Arthritis will come up when I visit my doctor.....Until tomorrow, God Bless Walk Forrest Walk
