Winter Returns

6 Miles Today;   Forrest was not alone on his walk this morning.  My bride Joanne accompanied me for a interesting walk through snow, ice and some slush.  The temperature was 22 degrees.  Joanne and I both wore old shoes.  We didn't want slush and salt ruining our new ones.   Forrest's total miles for the week totaled 50.  With my back problems I consider fifty miles a miracle.  Who knows what next week will bring.  Cold weather is not a problem.  Dry walking surface is the key factor for a any runner, or walker.  Until tomorrow, God Bless Walk Forrest Walk
